HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Fill out the consultation request form below
2. Once the form below is received by Epic Dental Spa, we will send you a confirmation email with directions to download the Klinikals app.
3. Once you've received the email, follow the steps below.

CREATE APP ACCOUNT

We will verify your details and send you an app download link to your mobile phone along with login details.

Once you download and login to the Klinikals app, click on Schedule Now button to start scheduling a voice or video appointment with a Dentist.

You will be required to upload any documentation that would qualify you for prescription

At the scheduled time please click on Join button in the Klinikals app appointment menu.

If your dentist requests to reschedule an appointment because he or she may be busy please reschedule your appointment for another day.
